Whole wheat malted barley Pave with natural burstage. These 1 kg loaves consist of 70% whole wheat flour and are naturally fermented with rye sourdough.

Tip of the day: to create the natural burstage, after shaping the loaves, slide your fingers underneath from either side along the length of the loaf, squinching the underside of the loaf. It helps to do this on a floured couche. Proof on the floured couche with the squinched side down
